Ó.lio is the result of an idea born, grown and matured over the years; born from a desire to crown a dream that binds father and son, and the whole family, in wanting to enhance the raw materials of our land, respecting their seasonality, recovering traditional smells and flavors that had been lost over time.

Our kitchen

A careful research of raw materials, paying attention to freshness, quality and particularity, combined with the tradition of our land, with particular attention paid to Sicily and Calabria, allow you to create menus that change throughout the year following the seasonality of fresh foods , allowing us to always offer new, fresh and genuine dishes.

Our menu offers a choice such as to be able to fully satisfy our guests, consisting of an "Ã la carte" part and a different choice from day to day as "off menu".

A careful and precise selection of high quality distillates, spirits and spirits enrich our range of drinks.
